  • In a mini-workshop that combines LEGO® Serious Play®, Bricks, and !nside Cards®, participants engage in a unique and interactive approach to problem-solving, team building, and creative thinking. Here’s a summary of what such a workshop might look like:

LEGO® Serious Play® Session: Using LEGO® bricks, participants engage in structured activities that encourage creative thinking and communication. They might build models representing ideas, concepts, or solutions to a specific problem. The facilitator guides discussions, prompting participants to share the stories behind their creations, fostering open communication and collaborative problem-solving.

!nside Cards® Activity: !nside Cards® are a set of cards with images or prompts designed to facilitate deeper conversations and self-reflection. In this part of the workshop, participants use the cards to explore topics related to team dynamics, personal growth, or organizational goals. The facilitator might ask participants to select a card that resonates with them and share why they chose it, leading to meaningful discussions.

Integration and Application: After the LEGO® Serious Play® and !nside Cards® sessions, the workshop brings together insights from both activities. Participants discuss key takeaways and identify practical applications for their teams or organizations. This integration phase allows for a deeper understanding of the concepts explored and fosters a sense of cohesion among participants.

Closing and Reflection: The workshop concludes with a group reflection, where participants share what they learned and how they plan to apply their insights. The facilitator might lead a final activity using Bricks, emphasizing teamwork, creativity, and a positive mindset.

Overall, a mini-workshop combining LEGO® Serious Play®, Bricks, and !nside Cards® creates an engaging environment that promotes creativity, communication, and collaboration. It encourages participants to think outside the box and provides a fun and interactive way to explore complex concepts and build stronger teams.
